Joy Weaver

ABOUT​

Joy Weaver Price received her Bachelor of Music from James Madison University where she concentrated in piano performance. She also holds a minor in Music Industry. While in school, she was a three-time recipient of the choral accompanist scholarship and was a rehearsal and concert pianist for the JMU Men's chorus, Treble Chamber Choir, and University chorus.

 

Joy moved to the Richmond area in 2014 and began working as a pianist for the Richmond Ballet, in addition to their outreach program: 'Minds in Motion'. She also serves as the director of traditional music at River Road UMC. While her primary instrument is piano, Joy also specializes in voice and saxophone, and has a deep-seated passion for music and helping others achieve their goals.

$35 per half hour
